Our adventure coordinator will contact you 3 days before your arrival to discuss all transfer details.
Foreign citizens must submit an application and required documents (35 days before the arrival date) to the FSB Border Guard Service of the Western Arctic Region.
Our guides will meet you at Murmansk Airport or at the "AZIMUT City Hotel Murmansk" with a comfortable bus or SUVs. The guides will contact you in advance and explain all tour details.

All guides have professional certification and are certified in first aid. The main group instructor has at least 5 years of experience in the tourism industry.
Before the start of each season, all instructors take refresher courses in areas such as wildlife interaction, medicine, and emergency response.
All group guides carry a medical kit, GPS tracker (to monitor the group’s location), and a satellite phone while on the route.
Participants should bring a personal medical kit with individual medications and inform staff in advance about any health conditions that may affect their participation in the route.

You can reach us only by prepared SUV or helicopter. We don’t have a postal address.

Yes, it’s possible. The transfer will be charged. Travel time will be up to 4 hours (depending on weather conditions).
Instructors provide safety briefings and rules of conduct:
- fire safety and rules of behavior in specially protected natural areas;
- what to do when encountering wild animals;
- safe movement across rough terrain and in mountains;
- river crossing and behavior on water;
- additional briefings depending on the chosen tour program.
You can expect moderate physical activity. All tours are quite comfortable. The difficulty level is low and doesn't require specific physical efforts or special skills.
Most of the Kola Peninsula is located beyond the Arctic Circle. Due to the influence of the White and Barents Seas and warm ocean currents, the weather can be very changeable and unpredictable.
July is the warmest month on the Kola Peninsula and the period of polar days when the sun doesn't set below the horizon. The weather during this time is usually sunny and warm: daytime temperatures average +15-18°C, dropping to +9°C at night.
Average temperatures in August: +12-15°C during the day and +5-8°C at night.
September becomes cooler, with possible strong winds and rain. Daytime air temperatures average +10°C, dropping to +4°C at night.
From late August, the Northern Lights can be observed on the Kola Peninsula.

Wild animals are far from the glamping site and don’t approach it. We might see them on the way to excursions. Although we are far from civilization, staying at the camp is absolutely safe for guests.
Documents: passport and insurance policy.
- Insulated pants and jacket;
- windproof hat;
- waterproof trekking shoes or boots;
- good raincoat or storm jacket with hood;
- thermal underwear;
- bath accessories;
- small backpack for day trips;
- personal medical kit and thermos (optional);
- mosquito and midge repellents.
There is definitely a possibility, but we cannot guarantee whale sightings. We will definitely see seals, belugas, orcas, and dolphins.
There is definitely a possibility, but we cannot guarantee the appearance of the Northern Lights. There are aurora forecasts available online that you can follow.
Smoking is prohibited in buildings and public areas. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. On routes, smoking is permitted only at a distance from the main group, without causing inconvenience to other participants. Most routes pass through the protected zone of the nature reserve, so discarding cigarette butts is prohibited. If you smoke during the day, please provide your own pocket ashtray. Serious fines are imposed for littering in the nature conservation area.
IMPORTANT! If you have dietary restrictions (vegetarianism, allergies, etc.), please provide details in your booking request for possible menu adjustments. There are no alternative dining options at the glamping site.
Minimum age is 6 years. Children participate with interest in the program.
